Make history as you join the hundreds of guests and celebrity presenter, Mark Olive at the first ever gala dinner in the new Goyder Pavilion at the Adelaide Showground.
Foodies are invited to join the South Australian food industry at their night-of- nights as winners of The Eleventh Annual South Australian Premier's Food Awards are announced.
With a 'green' theme guests will enjoy a Seriously South Australian® 5-course menu desgined exclusively by the Hilton Adelaide's Simon Bryant. The menu features organic and bio-dynamic produce from B.-d. Farm Paris Creek, Beach Organics, Four Leaf Milling, Lifestyle Bakery and Orgo all matched to the fine wines from Coriole Vineyards at McLaren Vale.
To give you a small taste, the entree will be an event in its own right. Themed 'Earth Entree' guests will dine in the light of hundreds of beeswax candles whilst enjoying Ferguson's lobster carpaccio presented on biodegradable plates.
Keeping with the theme, over 25 local musicians and performers will entertain throughout the evening - from traditional Aboriginal, Irish to Middle Eastern.
