The Hotel provides separate smoking and non-smoking floors of which 9 floors are completely non-smoking designated areas. Standard rooms are comfortable with either a king bed or two (2) king single beds. The desk at window, overlooking leafy Bligh Street maximises this city view room. All bathrooms have well sized showers.
Superior rooms overlook the Garden courtyard, which is on Level 5 and face Phillip Street. These rooms offer one king bed, or two twin beds, or two double beds. They are larger in size than standard category and the sofa is set as a window seat. Interconnecting rooms, which are ideal for families, are also available in this category. All Superior rooms feature a bath as well as a shower.
