FOOD AND WINE
The menu delivers a fresh and contemporary approach to breakfast and lunch fare. Utilising the excellent produce that Western Australia has to offer, chef Corinna Farmer, formerly of Harvest, has created classic dishes with a difference. The end result are choices like haloumi, potato and chermoula fritters with poached free-range eggs and wilted baby spinach and chicken confit with soft mascarpone polenta and roast tomato sauce.

The Western Australia dominated wine list, featuring wine from regions like Pemberton, Albany, Manjimup, Margaret River, Frankland and Nannup, offers 11 wines by the glass and 17 by the bottle. There is also a wide variety of beers, spirits and liqueurs.
