Situated on the edge of the Albert Park Lake, The Point embodies subtle sophistication. Offering three superbly presented purpose built function areas, catering from the most intimate to the most extravagant event. All rooms feature designer interiors and floor to ceiling windows, encapsulating the panoramic views across the lake, park and city skyline. Whether you require an area to conduct a small intimate reception dinner, a sizeable wedding celebration or you’re planning a post wedding celebration The Point has a variety of room’s to cater for your function and ensure you make a lasting impression.
Located on the first floor of the venue, The Promenade Room features floor to ceiling windows, chocolate coloured carpet, polished parquetry dance floor, black out facilities and a balcony that wraps around the outside of the room. There is elevator access and view right across Albert Park Lake.
When in the Lake room, guests feel as though they are perched right at the waters edge. This space has a very light, modern feel. The room features polished concrete floors, white wood panelling that reaches over the bar and around the walls of the room. There are also two sets of double glass doors opening out onto a paved area directly onto the edge of Albert Park Lake.
Located on the ground floor, on the curve of the building, the Café Deck features a contemporary interior, views over the lake and across to the city skyline. There is an outside decking area which is right on the waters edge overlooking Albert Park Lake and the lights from the buildings along Queens rd. With floor to ceiling windows, leather couches, high stools and a fire place, the Café Deck is the perfect space to hold your celebration.
