The Louise and Appellation are conveniently located 75 minutes northeast of the city of Adelaide and the Adelaide International Airport in South Australia.

The Louise features 15 luxuriously appointed guest suites, each ideally sited to provide guests with complete privacy and stunning views over the surrounding vineyards .Five types of guest suites include: Seppeltsfield Suite, Greenock Suites, Stonewell Suites, Marananga Suites and Vineyard Suites.

Integral to a stay at The Louise is the enjoyment of casually elegant regional dining at acclaimed on-site restaurant Appellation. Understated, informed service and intimate ambience complement a daily varying menu featuring locally sourced seasonal produce under the guidance of Executive Chef Mark McNamara. A monthly changing signature Tasting Menu is created to pair with a selection of distinctive and premium Barossa wines. Appellation’s extensive wine list presents the best of the Barossa, the rest of Australia and iconic wines of the world.

FUNCTIONS

The Louise is the Barossa Valley’s premium executive and small meeting destination, combining private boardroom, comfortable leather seating and advanced IT and AV facilities with luxurious accommodation and one of Australia’s finest regional dining experiences.

The boardroom accommodates up to 24 people, has its own private front and rear walled courtyards, offering privacy as well as attractive breakout spaces.

State of the art AV and IT equipment is provided including ceiling mounted data projector, motorised screen, high speed internet access, DVD player, CD player, electronic whiteboard and flipcharts. A unique feature of their boardroom is a full-height, full-width writeable whiteboard across one wall of the room. The capability allows complex ideas to be interactively developed and communicated to participants.
