Peppers The Sands Resort offers outstanding facilities and service for all your functions, meetings and events. All function rooms have floor to ceiling windows providing an abundance of natural light and incomparable views of the golf course surrounded by the sand dunes of the Surf Coast. The modern facilities of the function rooms can cater for small board meetings to a large cocktail functions of 400 guests. Experienced staff provide exceptional service from start to finish, complemented by the culinary delights of the Executive Chef.

THE BALMORAL ROOM - ideal for a meeting (100 delegates) or dinner up to 80 guests, with unrivalled views of the golf course, sand dunes and access to the terrace balcony, this room is enhanced by a beautiful sitting area complete with bar and open fire.

THE COBDEN ROOM – 100 guests for dinner or  up to 150 delegates, The Cobden function room again offers spectacular views across the golf course and an abundance of natural light with access to the terrace.

THE HARROW ROOM - access to terrace balcony to take in the seaside air and breath-taking views of the golf course, this room adjoins The Cobden, and can be used as either combined or separate functioning space(s).  Theatre style, this function room provides comfortable conferencing for 150 delegates.  Combined with The Cobden room, the capacity increases to 300 theatre style and 200 guests in a banquet setting.

THE SANDS BALLROOM - Incorporates The Balmoral, Cobden and Harrow Rooms, catering up to 300 guests for a dinner, 400 guests for a cocktail or gala event.
All function rooms have fully automated black out blinds.  AV requirements can be handled by our onsite technicians.
