In front of you are the tranquil bobbing boats of Lavender Bay and the iconic Luna Park and beyond the panorama of the vibrant harbour and all it embraces. Sails on Lavender Bay offers an intimate charm for smaller exclusive sit down events from 10 to around 100 people be it for corporate events, birthdays, wedding receptions and other events/celebrations – and all individually tailored to meet the client’s preferences.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Lunch and dinner functions are priced from $85 per person for two courses and $95 per person for three courses. Entrée choices include Seared scallops with pea puree, peas and lemon oil or Sydney rock oysters with shallot vinaigrette as entrees; main menu choices include crispy skin barramundi fillet with braised white beans, speck and jus gras or slow roasted Tinder Creek duck with spiced cherries, daikon and chives; while dessert choices include pistachio & chocolate brulee milk sorbet and dark chocolate mousse with chocolate crackles and sorbet.
Tim Stock of Vinous Solutions has also added his professional touch showcasing an extensive wine cellar stocked with some 150 choices of the world’s best wines. And there is a wide selection of other beverages available – spirits, cocktails, champagnes, mineral water. Sails are happy to match wines and give advice on beverages to suit guest needs and menu choices.
