The Q1 conference facilities on Level 2 includes an executive boardroom seating 14, and a magnificent Ballroom that seats up to 230 for a banquet dinner. The Ballroom can be converted to three smaller function areas. As well smaller function rooms each have a theatre style capacity of 90 people. Combined with the terrace and pre-function areas the conference centre can cater for a cocktail reception for up to 400. Informal meeting areas are also available throughout the convention centre including a hospitality lounge.
