A longstanding relationship with his regular suppliers ensures that Marty is always delivered the freshest seafood available. Whether it be snapper from Yamba, West Australian crayfish, Hervey Bay scallops, king prawns straight from the trawlers or Moreton Bay Bugs. But if a steak, lamb or poultry are more to your liking, then grain fed beef from Terrarossa, South Australia, Ordway free range chicken from Kangaroo Island and kangaroo will be found on the menu.
