Middle Harbour Yacht Club is a picturesque waterfront venue nestled at Middle Harbour Marina and surrounded by luxury yachts and sailing vessels. This versatile venue is suitable for weddings, corporate events and private parties and even offers its own private beach where event planners can host a cocktail party for up to 600 guests.

LOCATION
Located on the waterfront at The Spit in Mosman, approximately twenty minutes’ drive north of Sydney CBD.

FUNCTION DETAILS

Middle Harbour Yacht Club is suitable for a range of different events, spanning corporate, private and wedding purposes.

The Upper Deck
- This beautiful venue space can seat up to 120 guests, and is ideal for wedding receptions or private celebrations in tranquil waterside surroundings. The full length private balcony provides stunning views over Middle Harbour.

The Sand Bar
- This area can host up to 70 guests and is ideal as a function space with a difference, surrounded by a private beach. This space can be combined with the use of the beach for outdoor dinners or intimate wedding ceremonies.

Quarterdeck Room
- Overlooking Middle Harbour, the Quarterdeck can accommodate up to 70 standing guests, perfect corporate team-building days or smaller private celebrations.

The Harbourview Room- this spacious area is suitable for larger events, seating 80 guests for a meal and with space for a further 60 on the balcony.

The Commodore's Room- this area provides a stunning location for out-of-office meetings, with a boardroom seating capacity of 12 people.

WEDDINGS
The private beach area at Middle Harbour Yacht Club can host intimate wedding ceremonies overlooking the water, followed by drinks for guests on the balcony. The specialist wedding team will assist with menu selections and wine matching through to decorating and entertainment ideas to help take the stress out of planning the big day. Secluded and romantic, the Upper Deck is a quaint venue with a nautical touch suitable for weddings of up to 150. Wedding packages can be arranged, including items such as a dancefloor, lectern and microphone for speeches, cake knife and cake table and menu printing.

CORPORATE INCENTIVES & EVENTS
Conference and meeting rooms at the venue are well-equipped with state of the art AV equipment and air conditioning, plenty of fresh air, natural light and views to the harbour. Team-building activities starting from the club can also be arranged, such as boarding a luxury charter yacht for a cruise around the harbour or a launching sea kayaks from the beach.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Middle Harbour yacht Club offers a range of menus and packages to suit different event styles and times of day. Morning corporate meetings may opt for ham Benedict with poached eggs atop warm English muffins from the breakfast menu, through to chicken and herb sausages and coleslaw from the barbeque menu whilst relaxing on the beach after a day of sailing. Private parties can indulge in the canapé menu, offering delicious bite-sized items such as the tartlet of goat’s cheese with onion marmalade and spiced pistachios, or for an entrée of Spanish paprika-spiced calamari curls with olives, sun-dried tomatoes and capers from the ‘plated’ menu for seated functions. Beverage packages are offered on a per person per hour basis, with varying wines and spirits available to suit a range of budgets.
