The boutique Cellar Door, Moorooroo Park Vineyards, first established by the Nitschke Family around 1847, is located at the amongst the propertys Shiraz Vineyards. Specialising in traditional artisan wines grown from vines within the Valley Floor, there are a small selection of premium drops including the Flagship range of Sparkling Shiraz, Cabernets Blend and straight Shiraz, as well as a sweet Moscato and aged sweet Semillon ‘Dolce Far Niente”. The Cellar door is open from 11am to 5pm from Friday-Monday.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Served in the Pavilion or along the banks of The Jacobs Creek, all guests are able to enjoy complimentary breakfast from 9-10am, which includes local Barossa bacon, tomato and eggs, fruits, breads and pastries, partnered by a selection of infusion teas and coffee. Artisan platters, cheese tasting plates and Barossa picnic hampers are available for purchase.

ACCOMMODATION
The property is home to 7 suites, across 4 different room types, covering all styles of stays from an overnight getaway, to a week long escape. The Studio Suite has a king bedroom and is fitted with antique furnishings, and a romanesque ensuite featuring a large sunken spa. Situated at the front of the Retreat gardens, the studio suites overlook the David Austin Rose Gardens and large tiered fountain. The Loft Suites feature an upstairs loft bedroom overlooking the all embracing lawns and famous Jacobs Creek, a private sitting room and romanesque bathroom downstairs. The retreat suites are the most spacious and ideal for longer stays. They have a seperate lounge and dining area, in addition to the king bedroom and spa ensuite. The Orchard room or ‘Honeymoon Suite’ is a beautifully restored villa set amongst the Peach Orchard. It boasts a four post king bed draped with sheer curtains, a luxurious spa and double shower ensuite and an open lounge room fitted with Barossa antiques.
