Tucked discreetly away from the busy Sydney CBD, access can be from either George Street or Palings Lane. This expansive 509sqm space seats up to 400 guests or may hold 800 guests for a cocktail-style gathering.



Boldly designed, the ballroom displays a striking monochromatic theme with a hint of jungle in the zebra-striped carpet. This pattern works as an uplifting foundation for any event.

As a template you can then spice up the black and white feel by accessorising in a whole manner of subtle or proud ways. Add flashes of jewel-like colours, crimson, yellow, deep emeralds or magenta here and there.

Still on a design level, why not cascade brilliant ivory-white fabrics from the ceiling to the floor and let the over-sized white chandeliers add a soft glow to an evening event that will be reminiscent of some fabulous decadent safari lodge.

Needing to go al fresco? Ivy Ballroom also has a 63sqm outdoor terrace overlooking George Street.
