The Hilton Sydney offers a striking street presence and a design that reflects Sydney’s position as one of the most progressive cities in the world. FUNCTION DETAILS
Hilton Sydney offers a four level conference and function centre, with 4,000sqm of flexible floor space, and enough room to accommodate up to 3,000 delegates. There is ballroom seating for up to 1,200 guests and a pre-function space for up to 1,400 people. A versatile 100 booth Exhibition Space is ideal for product launches and award nights, whilst the 11 Event Rooms and 9 Hilton Meeting Rooms will suit all conference styles.

Level Two - Five break-out rooms and a State Room, flooded with natural light and all accessible from a large pre-function area, makes Level 2 a uniquely spacious and flexible venue, ideal for incentive groups and events.

Level Three - Hilton Sydney’s Grand Ballroom seats 1200 guests’ theatre style and the extensive pre-function space is ideal for a cocktail party of up to 1400 guests.

Level Four - Saturated with an abundance of natural light and an open-air balcony, Level 4 allows delegates a fresher perspective and flexibility to exhibit or entertain.

GLASS BRASSERIE
The 240-seat restaurant provides guests and Sydneysiders with an unprecedented dining experience in the heart of the city offering simplicity, quality and consistency in all aspects of food, wine and service. Glass is headed by highly awarded Sydney restaurateur chef Luke Mangan who travelled and tasted through Lyon and Paris to devise the exquisite French style cuisine which he defines as "clean and light with a contemporary twist." The internationally-acclaimed interior design by New York designer Tony Chi is equally spectacular.

ZETA BAR
Tucked away in the Hilton Sydney, the glamorous Zeta Bar is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the CBD. Located in the stylish lobby of the Hilton, Caffe Cino offers the city’s suit-clad populace and holiday-makers alike freshly roasted coffee, and a range of sweet treats.
