This historic sandstone building commands a spectacular view of Sydney Harbour's shipping channels, Camp Cove, Watson's Bay and Rose Bay. Nestled within the bushland of Georges Heights in Mosman, the tearoom at Gunners' Barracks exemplifies tranquility and beauty in sight of the city skyline.

Designed by colonial architect James Barnet and constructed in 1873 the building has had many uses over the past 130 years during which the military occupied the Middle Head and Chowder Bay precinct. All rooms boast luxury features including Czech crystal wall sconces, hand printed Florence Broadhurst wallpaper, walnut timber framed chairs and antique furnishings.
