COS is unassumingly chic with its polished mahogany floorboards, fresh white walls and decorative flourishes that reflect the ambience of the street. The handsome building opens up onto the street with a lovely courtyard area that has become popular with the professional corporate crowds.

FUNCTION DETAILS
The restaurant doubles as a beautiful character-filled private function room able to seat up to 60 people or 100 people standing. With 12 ft. antique ceilings and cornices, arched windows, ornate fireplace and split level bar area. COS private function room is an ideal setting for private and corporate lunches and dinners, seminars, engagements and special events of 20 to 100 people. An a la carte private dining menu is available for small parties between 10 and 20 guests.

WEDDINGS
Guests will enter through the unique courtyard setting before enjoying the elegant surrounds of the private function room above the restaurant. With its open split level design the function room offers flexibility and privacy for an intimate wedding reception. There is a diverse selection of menu and beverage packages available and a list of recommended wedding suppliers and floor plan styles.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Peter Burrows, head chef and owner of COS restaurant, adds flair and creativity to a modern Australian menu that specialises in aged steaks and fresh seafood, using the best and freshest local produce. Cocktail and degustation menus have been specifically designed for functions, and include the likes of baked fresh gnocchi with shaved grana padano, roast tomato sauce, olives and fresh basil for entrée. For main course diners can indulge in wild caught fish in a macadamia, lemon and parsley crust with baby spinach, potato and lemon salador or the seasoned aged-eye fillet steak with truffle dauphinoise potato, mushroom ragout and spinach puree. Dessert treats include double chocolate fudge cake with berry sauce and pistachio praline as well as apple, rhubarb and almond crumble with rich cream and cinnamon parfait. Great South Australian wines can be selected from the boutique wine list to match meals.
