Established in 1985 by proprietor/manager Nick Papazahariakis, Chloe’s is situated only minutes from the centre of Adelaide. The turn-of-the-century villa is situated on 1.5 acres of landscaped gardens, and is tucked in away from a busy intersection.

RESTAURANT CAPACITY
Well known for its extensive wine list, Chloe's cellar stocks rare and vintage wines. Chloe’s Restaurant can comfortably seat 80. The layout is versatile and provides the perfect setting for immaculate food, wine and service.

Nick Papazahariakis, the proprietor/manager has been involved in the hospitality industry for many years, both in Europe and Australia. Trained in Greece, Switzerland, England and France, he has managed several restaurants in Adelaide and is the former owner of Le Paris Restaurant. During that time he won many awards in recognition of his contributions and achievements in the industry.

The addition of the Function Centre in 2001 has enabled Chloe's to cater for an even broader market. Catering for corporate functions, product launches, gala dinners and private weddings and celebrations, Chloe's exceptional service, efficient staff and the finest of function facilities will ensure a successful event.

LOUIS TANNERT ROOM - restored to its original Victorian conditions, overlooking Chloe's immaculate garden. This room seats up to 12 people.

GEORGIAN ROOM features two ornates fireplaces, antique mirrors and a boardroom table accommodating up to 25 people.

MARBLE ROOM is decorated with with a high ornate ceiling and cherubs, with a cream and chocolate marble floor. The Marble Room can accommodate up to 48 people.

BALLROOM -Introduced in late 2001, the Function Room carries the same intimate feel as the restaurant with an ornate ceiling, detailed paintings and specialist lighting. The Function Room can accommodate 200 people seated and 300 Cocktail Party Style.
