THE BBQ COOKING SCHOOL
Bar-Be School offers a course series of three classes with the aim of showing the most effective use of cooking with a BBQ. Plus special classes during the year.

Lesson 1 – Meat BBQ
Lesson 2 – Seafood BBQ
Lesson 3 – BBQ Vegetables, Skewers and Desserts
SPECIAL Classes – BBQ Game & Poultry, Christmas BBQ Class, Beer & BBQ Classes, Couples Classes & Corporate Events

The classes are both demonstration and hands on and cover an interesting two part wine tutorial match to lunch. The tutorials include all ingredients, wine tasting, salads and spring water and a fantastic meal to celebrate together. The lessons are normally held on Saturdays from 11.30am - 2.00pm or 3 to 5.30pm or Sundays from selected venues. We also offer group booking at one of our corporate venues. Bar-Be School classes are held at either Fairland Pavilion – Centennial Park or Gore Hill Park - St Leonards

Bar-Be School also offer Team Building BBQ Cooking Events where you select the menu. These are fun and interactive were strategy and team work are the essential ingredient to achieving the final goals.

BRISBANE & MELBOURNE also run both public and corporate cooking classes and events.
