Altitude Restaurant is an elegant 100-seat restaurant with awe-inspiring views over Sydney’s famous Harbour. The adjacent cocktail bar, Blu Horizon, is the place to see and be seen whilst enjoying spectacular sunsets. The restaurant can accommodate 100 guests banquet style and up to 160 guests for a cocktail reception.
PRIVATE DINING
Altitude’s oval-shaped, glass encased private dining room boasts unsurpassed views from every angle of the magnificent Sydney Harbour. The room seats up to 16 guests for a private dining experience or accommodates 25 for cocktail receptions. A sheer organza veil encircles the room and soft lighting radiates from under lit flooring, guests to any event held in this room are sure to be impressed. Nicknamed the ‘High Altitude’, this truly is the most spectacular private dining room in Sydney.

Altitude Restaurant can also be booked for exclusive events in conjunction with the adjacent Blu Horizon Bar. The restaurant can accommodate 100 guests banquet style and up to 160 guests for a cocktail reception.

Altitude Restaurant’s Chef de Cuisine, Steven Krasicki has created an inspirational Modern Australian menu with European influences.In addition to the superb a-la-carte menu, Krasciki has designed a seven course degustation or tasting menu to reflect the finest local and international flavours. Menus for events can be crafted by Steven Krasicki the host in conjunction with to create and event that is truly memorable.
An impressive collection of local and international boutique wines and champagnes have been selected by sommelier Tom Crosby. Tom will be on hand to help advise on the selection of wines for the event Adjacent to the wine cellar rests a communal table, which seats up to eight guests, and has been purposely designed to host intimate chef tables and wine dinners.
