Leading designer, Gabbi McAullay, has transformed this 100 year old rag trade factory into a majestic dining room that oozes old world Hollywood glamour and modern design flourishes. From hand-made chandeliers, to beautifully upholstered chairs and booths, mosaic bathrooms, and black and white photographs that adorn the walls by renowned American photographer Murray Garrett, 1907 exudes nostalgic charm and style. The Italian horse at the entrance is an eclectic feature, which re-affirms the rustic beauty of the space as well as the refined ambience.

FUNCTION DETAILS
1907 is well-suited for a variety of functions including intimate wedding receptions, birthdays, product launches and other private events. There are three select functions spaces on site including:

Restaurant – 1907 Restaurant is available for private hire for up to 80 guests seated and 110 guests standing. The restaurant is an ideal venue for classy weddings, corporate events, Christmas parties, and product launches.

Private Dining Room - 1907 Restaurant offers a unique private dining experience for up to 16 people in the elegantly appointed private dining room. The room is available for lunch and dinner and is a perfect location for corporate events, birthdays and intimate celebrations.

Cocktail Bar – Adding life to Perth’s evolving small bar scene, 1907 Cocktail Bar offers socialites a contemporary setting with opulent ottomans, Italian lounge chairs, and moody pink-hued lighting to sip up some of the rarest and oldest whiskies and dark rums, or simply a cheeky cocktail. The sophisticated and chic ambience is ideal for birthdays, cocktail parties, sundowners, Christmas parties and corporate functions. The room has two function areas, which are suitable for up to 30 and 60 guests respectively. The entire venue can also be booked exclusively for up to 120 guests.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
The 1907 food philosophy is all about the top-quality, fresh produce that comes primarily from sustainable and local organic sources. Head chef Alan Desouza has carefully composed modern Australian menus that follow the rhythm of the seasons and are open to creative flair. An entrée of roast Manjimup marron with jamon Serrano, almond blancmange and brandy sauce is robust in flavour as well as a vegetarian delight of marinated beetroot, with whipped blue cheese, poached rhubarb, pine nut and frisee salad. For main-course dine on the likes of a roasted rack of organic lamb with lamb shank ragout, anna potato pea puree and bread sauce or saffron risotto with Meredith goat cheese fetta, gold leaf and micro herbs. Toward the sweet end of the menu, the refined list presents diners with four interesting desserts including a lemon curd brulee, with ginger beer sorbet and meringue biscuit. Top it off with a glass of Niepoort Ruby Port Douro, or another premium local or international drop from the extensive wine list.
